Co. Ltd. and transforming itself into a broad based manufacturer of wire
wound resistive devices, with full fledged design capabilities. HTR fully
understands that quality assurance is customer assurance and so we strive to
build in quality at source. It is our abiding belief that conformance to
quality should be obtained by prevention, not detection or screening. HTR
