TY-OHM was established in 1958, the pioneer
of resistors manufacturer. We produced Carbon Film and some Wire Wound
resistors in the beginning. In 1970 we cooperated with a Japanese
company Japan Resistor Mfg.Co.,Ltd. (JRM) to produce metal oxide film resistors
and wire wound resistors type SQ & QH. In 1975 we took further technical
cooperation with an American company named Kidco Inc. to manufacture
precision metal film resistors. In 1985 we marketed resistor networks &
fusible resistors. High-tech SMD components of chip resistors and chip
resistor networks were developed in 1990s. From year 2001 we develop power
SMD resistors. For four decades of company history we
prosper through consistent and ever-improving quality. From "Class
A" Q.C. factory approval by local government in 1980 to ISO-9002 in 1995
and Philips Lighting Oss award for excellent performance in quality, delivery
and support in 1996. QS9000 was certified in 2004. With total employees of 180 and fourteen
types of resistors, we have been the major supplier to 3C industry: Computer,
Tele-communications and Consumer electronics local and abroad. They are:
Acer, Philips, Matsushita, SGS-Thomson, Yamaha, Yokogawa, Delta, Logitech,
Vestel, ABB, Skynet, Benq, Compal, Magnetek, Alcatel, Hitachi, Mitsumi,
