Potentiometers production history dates back to 1950, when the first plant named Iskra was built, which has employed about 700 people. The company is already engaged in the creation of resistive elements, which include potentiometers. Over twenty million yearly produced pots and trimmers make us one of the most important European producers. In all those years we have accumulated a vast experience and automatization.    CAD engineering, precision tools and dies capabilities, automatic assembly, comuter based quality control and quick customer service are all vital in –house resources which constitute Iskra TELA capabilities. Today potentiometers are manufactured with a carbon and ceramic resistance element. Both are available in indoor or outdoor version. Carbon sizes from 6mm up to 16mm, ceramic from 12 mm to 18mm. We offer various options of packages (in bulk, in tubes or tape). Certain versions of our potentiometers are adapted for installation in SMT technology, where are required the high temperature of soldering.
